VARLEEN KAUR ( Resi.Physio)

Varleen is a Resident physiotherapist with a Masters degree in Neurological Physiotherapy. Her focus is on neuromusculoskeletal injuries in wide varieties of the population including post-surgical, postural dysfunction, geriatrics, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries. She assesses the patient and imparts treatment in the form of joint mobilization, strengthening techniques, stretching techniques, postural education, electrotherapy modalities, taping and home exercise programs.

Varleen has special interest in Vestibular rehabilitation and Pelvic floor Physiotherapy and will continue to take courses related to these areas in order to upgrade her skills. She believes in developing an open and honest relationship with the client, guiding them through their challenges, and motivating them to accomplish their goals.

Outside work she enjoys spending time with family, reading books and travelling.
